1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the kinhph platform (including the website at kinhph.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kinhph platform. Continued use of kinhph following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use kinhph. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Identity Verification. kinhph reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID) at any time to verify your age, identity, and residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kinhph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions. kinhph is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access to kinhph from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kinhph complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) kinhph account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. kinhph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kinhph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kinhph will never ask for your full password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify kinhph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. kinhph is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your kinhph account, whether or not authorised by you. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account are deemed to have been made by you.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kinhph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to you via your registered email address prior to any deduction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Methods. kinhph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to Philippine bank accounts (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. kinhph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. These thresholds may be updated from time to time and will be displayed on the kinhph deposit and withdrawal pages.

4.3 Verification of Funds. kinhph reserves the right to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. You warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. kinhph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) business day, subject to verification requirements. kinhph does not charge platform fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the kinhph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). kinhph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kinhph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. kinhph reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.

5.3 Abuse of Bonuses. kinhph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus funds.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. kinhph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on kinhph is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the kinhph server records, the server records shall prevail.

6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, kinhph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts to the affected players' accounts. kinhph is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. kinhph reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its sole discretion.

6.4 Prohibited Software. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited. kinhph employs technical measures to detect such activity and will take immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of balances, where such activity is detected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kinhph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering or using kinhph if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one kinhph account.
• Using kinhph for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the kinhph platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kinhph staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Accessing kinhph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to use your kinhph account.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. kinhph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting kinhph support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. kinhph will also take reasonable steps to prevent you from receiving marketing communications during this period.

8.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. kinhph strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

8.4 Player Welfare. kinhph reserves the right to proactively contact players who display signs of problem gambling behaviour and to impose account restrictions in the interest of player welfare, even without a player's explicit request.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the kinhph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of kinhph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. kinhph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kinhph platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the kinhph platform.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not use any kinhph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without the prior written consent of kinhph. Unauthorised use of kinhph intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. kinhph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond kinhph's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kinhph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kinhph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Cap on Liability. kinhph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the kinhph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kinhph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. kinhph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet service disruptions, or civil unrest.

11. Privacy and Data

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by kinhph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using kinhph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Security. kinhph employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and kinhph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering with kinhph, you may opt in to receive promotional communications via email or SMS. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by updating your account preferences or contacting kinhph support. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your kinhph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by kinhph. kinhph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the kinhph platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kinhph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that kinhph has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. kinhph will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 Right to Amend. kinhph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kinhph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the kinhph platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the kinhph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using kinhph and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.

14.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms is always available on the kinhph website at kinhph.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
